Page 2 of 3 Protoss:
You've seen everything about Zealots already.
Immortals can't attack air units. They honestly seem pretty bad except for killing Siege Tanks, but I'm sure they'll be the main units to use when facing off against swarms of rolling Banelings against Zerg.
Nothing new about Stalkers.
Or Templar. They have Psi Storm and the Barrier spell and no Illusion, but this is old news I think.
Dark Templar have double-ended scythes. I saw some AMAZING concept art of them at the developer panel, but they honestly look pretty crappy in-game. I hope the model is redone to do the concept art justice.
Archons do not have feet. I think their shadows were just confusing people, but in-game it is clear that they are still floating shells of armor swathed in overpowering energy. They did not have any spells.
The original idea of the Tempest has apparently been completely scrapped and its just a returning carbon copy of the Carrier.
There was a new Protoss unit built at the Gateway that is some sort of robotic thing like Probes and Observers called the Stasis Orb. It fired a laser that did minimal damage, but the target it was firing at would have its attack rate greatly reduced.
Warp Rays and Phoenixes are buildable immediately. The Phase Matrix (or whatever its called) requires a Robotics Facility, and Tempests and the Mothership require a Fleet Beacon.
As of today there is no limit to the number of Motherships you can build. Tempest interceptors were also capable of attacking both ground AND air units (and fired weapons instead of just cutting things), but Tempests still have an anti-ground only shield.
There is a researchable upgrade for the Colossus that increases its shields. They are also pretty awesome but get royally messed by anti-air since they can be hit by it.
The Reaver is gone. I asked one of the developers about them at a panel, and he told me they were in-game as little as a couple of weeks ago. They are removed for the time being simply because its role has been taken by the Colossus, but it may or may not return. I really don't see how they can get rid of it because you can't transport the Colossus anywhere near as easily.
No Star Relic either. The Mothership had a cloaking field, though.
neutral buildings - The one I saw was an Observatory located in the center of the map. Neutral buildings are controlled by simply having a unit that you control be near it and establish an uplink to it. The Observatory provided a huge radial line of sight of the center of the map to whoever controlled it - a huge advantage.
